In igneous and metamorphic rocks , minerals may occur in the cracks and crevices, faults or joints .The minerals in liquid ,molten and groseous forms are forced through cavities towards the earth's surface.They cool and solidify ad they rise.The smaller occurrence are called veins but the larger ones called lodes ...........
