OIL SPILLING IN WATER BODIES:

Oil spilling is a popular method of water pollution. It is often seen in deep sea from the ships which leaking oils. And, also in the rivers from the industries.  It is a huge problem because oil has less surface tension. It can form a thin layer of oil over the water, which can stay for days and months.

This layer doesn’t allow the atmospheric air to come in contact with the water, and the water below becomes less in oxygen. Thus, the fishes start dying.  Beside this, these oils infect the gills of the fishes, leading them to death.
