Painkiller is a tablet which is used when there is an unbearable pain in the body it is used to reduce the pain but overdose is also not good for the body. It helps in relaxing the body it is useful but it is not good for children because they are the growing and the bones inside r still need to be grown but removing the pain naturally is itself very great instead of using the pain killers it helps in removing stress etc
