Plants give off Oxygen and take in carbon dioxide off by animals. animals give off carbon dioxide which plants need to make their food and take in oxygen which they need to breathe. plants are autotrophic and animals are heterotrophic............

Growth of plants is not restricted by time whereas growth of animals occurs only for a definite period of time.

Plant cells have cell walls and different structure but whereas animal cells do not have cell wall.
