plants respire through stomata present in leaves..photosynthesis and respiration both are different. during respiration plants take in oxygen and give out carbon dioxide.they respire with the help of stomata present in leaves.

by taking sunlight from the sun ,water from the roots,air from the atmosphere like carbon-dioxide they respirate.
