Political parties are functional unit of a democracy they are nowadays the meaning of democracy to most of people in our country. Democracy is for the people, by the people and of the people. So if democracy is there in a country the country need party. So here it comes the importance of political parties. Before election the political parties choose there candidates for the election in India the candidates are selected by the top leaders whereas in US it is selected by the top leaders and by the party members. During the campaigning most of the political parties give fake promises (but some parties may keep the promises and may fulfill it) in order to get vote. There are fixed amount to be spend for election campaign but the political parties use more than the amount. After a political party wins the election the other political parties play a role of opposition. The people also has the choice to change their present leader in the up coming election (after 5 years). political parties takes lot of effort to win the election and they also know how to please the people. The political leaders choice the candidates those who all are a good speaker so that people will feel to give the votes for them. So more effort the political leaders put the more vote they will get in the day of election. But all the money they get is from government and the government get money from us. So when we vote for a political party we have to think whether this political party deserve it or not and also look whether they will fulfill our wishes.

if my answer is correct pls give a good report

Answer: condition to democratic elections

Explanation:By competing in elections parties offer citizens a choice in governance, and while in opposition they can hold governments accountable. When citizens join political parties, volunteer their time, donate money and vote for their leaders, they are exercising their basic democratic rights.
