They do not get the rationed food items which leads to hunger

If the cheap medical facilities are unavailable they suffer from diseases which may even lead to death

If government dosen't provide free schooling the literacy rate falls

Because they are not able to afford the high rate of private group which the rich people do there is no equality in facilities for poor and they are not able to enjoy equally.
