A prokaryotic and eukaryotic flagella differ in the following way -->

Prokaryotic flagellum contains single strand made of a protein called 'Flagellin',whereas a eukaryotic flagellum contains 9 + 2 microtubules formed up of protein called 'Tubuliln'
