I don't have idea about attitude but stereotype create gender discrimination bcoz it decides the role men and women in the society like men have to go outside for earn money and women have to do housework

today also dicrimination is going on the basis of gender .males get high salary and for womens less salary in same job field . females are not allowed in some schools in defence gov mostly take males
