SUBSTANCES LIKE CARBON DIOXIDE AND WATER MOVES IN AND OUT OF THE CELL THROUGH A PROCESS CALLED DIFFUSION.

DIFFUSION IS MOVEMENT OF SUBSTANCES FROM REGION OF HIGH CONCENTRATION TO LOW REGION CONCENTRATION.
