co2 moves in and out of the cell by diffusion.this is a by process which gases move in and out of the cell through plasma membrane
water moves in and out by osmosis

CO2 Moves out of cell by diffusion through opening & closing of stomata

Water leaves out of plant cell by osmosis.... If The Water inside, Concentration is high, it goes out

All The CO2 Gets collected from cells and leave body by respiration 

Water leaves in form of urine and sweat....
