Answer:
The children spend a boring and dull day in the school under the strict guidance of teachers. The children long to go and enjoy the rest of the day by playing in the sunny and joyful sunshine but they are deprived of that.

I love to rise in a summer morn ,
when the bird sing on every tree; the distance huntsman wind his horn , and the skylark sing with me . o! what sweet company . but to go school in a summer morn ,o! it drives all joy away ; under a cruel eye out worn ,the little one spend the day, in singing and dismay. at ! them at I drooping sit , and spend many an anxious hour .nor in my book can I take delight , worn thro ' dreary shower .
