Food and water can be contaminated by disease-causing germs. Germs can get into the body through the mouth, nose, breaks in the skin, eyes and genitals (privates). Once disease-causing germs are inside the body they can stop it from working properly

when you do not clean the dirty germs attack on you then the germs enter your body then they do their work and start to release poison in our body and when the poison enter whole body then we feel sick and ill. And the germs are have different poison and cause different diseases.
