⭐⭐⬅️ Answer ➡️➡️➡️➡️

Muscles pull on the joints, allowing us to move. They also help the body do such things as chewing food and then moving it through the digestive system. ... Humans have three different kinds of muscle: Skeletal muscle is attached by cord-like tendons to bone, such as in the legs, arms, and face.

"  The movable interrelation among two bones is called a joint. The three components which make up a joint are: bone surfaces, joint cavity and joint capsule.

Joint cavities are thin spaces between the bones and are enclosed by the joint capsules. The inner layers of these capsules produce synovial fluid which helps in reducing friction and acts as shock absorbers.

Joints provide flexibility and the ability to bend in a particular direction depending on the shape and size of the joint.
