THEY OCCUR MOSTLY AFTER HEAVY RAINFALL. THE RAINS CAUSES THE SOIL TO BECOME LOOSE AND THE WATER TAKES AWAY THE SOIL CAUSING THE HEAVY, COLUMN OF MUD AND WASTE TO BE WASHED AWAY.
