hey!!!

People can help the leader who is ruling that particular place to make the law as one person himself cannot do everything. He has to divide the work and assign people to tackle that work. Ordinary people can give their opinions and suggestions to make laws of the country for example the leader says that if a person commits something wrong there would be a severe punishment,the ordinary people can give their opinion about it.
