There is no air and hence no wind. This explains why footsteps of astronauts that have been there before still remain just as it was. You can however set and object in motion by pushing or pulling creating momentum. Since there is no air resistance it will move until inertia and gravity overcome its movement.

The moon has no gravity. People who have travelled moon float as there is nothing to keep them stick to the ground.
