Hey there !

Solution:

The given equation is 49x⁴ - 168x²y² + 144y⁴

This can be written as: ( 7x )² - 2 ( 7x ) ( 12y ) + ( 12y )²

This is of the form ( a² - 2ab + b² ) which is ( a - b )²

=> The simplified equation is ( 7x² - 12y² )²

Hope my answer helped !

\textbf{ Hello Mate! }

49 {x}^{4} - 168 {x}^{2} {y}^{2} + 144 {y}^{4} \\ {(7 {x}^{2} )}^{2} - 2 \times 7 {x}^{2} \times 12 {y}^{2} + {(12 {x}^{2} )}^{2} \\=> {a}^{2} - 2ab + {b}^{2} = {(a - b)}^{2} \\ = {(7 {x}^{2} - 12 {y}^{2} )}^{2} \\ = (7 {x}^{2} - 12 {y}^{2} )(7 {x}^{2} - 12 {y}^{2} )
