How do we bend to touch our toes if the backbones only allows very less mobement

Knee and elbow joints are examples of hinge joints in our body. These joints allow movement in one direction only i.e., to and fro movement. It is because of these joints that we are able to touch our toes. Also, backbone is not so rigid that it prevent this bending.
