Manager's commission can be calculated in two different ways, As per the question demands,

1. After charging :

Step 1. Calculate Net profit Roughly.
Step 2. Calculate commission
Step 3. Use the formula

Net profit (Roughly calculate) × Rate/100 + Rate

2. Before charging :

The formula can be used :-

Net profit × Rate/ 100
