Mm of H2+Mm of S+mm of O4
2(2)+32+4(16)=100

brainiac47: i think atomic mass of hydrogen is 1u unless it is deuterium or tritium isn't it???
hsr7873: hey iam sorry

Hey there!!
In order to calculate the molecular mass of H2SO4 you need to add up all the atomic masses of individual elements.

Atomic mass of oxygen=16u * 4=64u
Atomic mass of hydrogen= 1u * 2=2u
Atomic mass of sulfur=32u

Now you have to add them up=32+64+2=98u
any more questions?? happy to help
