When we get angry, first thing to do is just try to be calm.
Drink water and leave the current topic for a while.
Avoid to argue on the topic because of which you are angry and just calm down.
Once you are ok solve the condition peacefully and logically not in anger it will spoil the situation more and be calm till the end.
