The best way to deal with such questions in an exam is to try your 'doubtful' questions at the end (when you have attempted your best known questions...) this way you won't waste time on difficult questions in the beginning.......and you will remain tension free
If god forbid, you still aren't able to solve them, then just move on to the next question and don't fret.....you have already attempted the whole paper
