If a person is not able to see colours it shows that he is effected by colour blindness.

Rods respond to intensity.

Rods respond to intensity. Cones respond to the colour of light(different wavelength).

Answer:

If a person cannot see colours means he is affected by colour blindness.

Explanation:

Rods are responsible for vision at low light levels.

They do not mediate colour vision, and have a low

spatial acuity.Cones are active at higher light levels, are capable of colour vision and are responsible for high spatial acuity
