scientists developed an instrument to asses the intensity and source of earthquake .It is called seismograph. The instrument records sesimic waves . Sesimicwaves are the waves produced on the surface of the earth due to earthquake. From a study of these Sesimicwaves,scientists have constructed a complete map of the earthquake. They also estimated it's power which cause destruction. Hence I appreciate the efforts of scientists
