How do you calculate the number of moles of potassium hydroxide that must be dissolved to make the following solution: 500 cm3 of 1 mol/dm3?

given 1mole per 1000ml so for 1 ml= 0.001 mole

as we have 500L

so, 0.001 = molesx1000/500

moles = 0.001x500/1000 = 0.002
