No. Because there are many impurities that are totally transparent or dissolved in the water.

THERE IS AN AWESOME TO TEST PURITY OF COLOUR LESS WATER :--

Have a litmus paper... Dip it in the water for a few moments and observe...
If the Litmus has a PH Level of 7 ..then it means that your water is absolutely pure...
