How do you connect 4 joule and 12 joule in a circuit to get lowest resultant resistance

batullehri5253p7ab4u: something is wrong with the question
pavan6269: no
pavan6269: that is 4 joule
batullehri5253p7ab4u: resistance should be in ohm
pavan6269: yes it is ohm' Law
batullehri5253p7ab4u: 4 ohm and 12 ohm ,, right
pavan6269: yes

the lowest resistance is obtained when we join the resistors in parallel

therefore , R1 =4ohm. R2=12ohm

1/4+1/12=1/Rp

3+1/12=1/Rp

1/3=1/Rp

Rp=3ohm

therefore the lowest resistance will be 3 ohm
