Take two plastic jugs with holes.  One jug should be bigger than the other.  The jugs should have holes all over.

Drill the bigger jug so that you can insert the smaller jug into and glue the rim of the small so that it gets glued to the bigger jug.  After measuring and cutting the bigger jug, you need two pantihose to cover each jug.

After this process, fill it up with carbon activated rocks and cover it up with the cut piece by gluing to the small jug.  After you glue, you will still have to drill till on top and use a funnel to fill up with carbon activated rocks so that it gets filled to the rim.  Now, pull up the pantihose and tighten it.  You can then wrap it up with activated carbon pre-filter.  You can fix it in a place with a fan.  You will get the carbons sucked it up.
