hey mate !! this is your answer

Both of them are different with respect to status, power and attitude towards service. An MLA becomes a different person after becoming a minister in regard to status. A minister gets a chauffeur driven car and personal staff whereas the MLA continues to remain the representative of the people. The Minister becomes arrogant while the MLA continues to remain as humble.

The minister becomes inaccessible whereas the MLA continues to become accessible. The minister becomes greedy so as to become corrupt easily as he is in a position to award contracts or to get acquaintance with the businessmen whereas the MLA looks for opportunities to earn money by any means, legal or illegal. The minister ceases to work for the people of his constituency whereas the MLA is left with no choice but to work for the people who have elected him.

hope it helps

Answer:

The chief minister and other ministers have the responsibility of running various government departments or ministries. They have separate offices. A Legislative Assembly is a place where all the MLAs, whether from the ruling party or from the opposition meet to discuss various things. Hence, some MLAs have dual responsibilities: one as an MLA and the other as a minister.
