The role of ancient guru (teacher) was quite important for the students as compared to the presents day teacher . Ancient guru was act like a ideal for their students ,they did not only gave their students knowledge but also teach them the who to live and survive in the society along with the essential moral values. While now a day the most of the teachers role is confined to only delivering the knowledge or information about their respective subject but the concentration is never given to teaching of value education .Although their are few good moral teaching student also but most of time teacher don't pay attention to these types of thinks.
Also, i would like to adopt the qualities of ancient guru ,qualities like teaching of moral values and about becoming civilization persons because this is actually the duty of a teacher to teach about morality in order to bring positive changes in personalities which is the ultimate goal of the education.
