Answer:
- I feel anger and pity for them because these people are not receiving the justice they should be receiving, otherwise many lives are wasted or may be lost due to the injustice that must be inflicted on people who claim to be victims of deprivation.
- People who are deprived of their human rights are not aware of this. They are lulled into a false sense of security that comes from ignorance and deprivation of individuality. They are convinced that in order to exist in society they must trust the government, which incapacitates them in the first place. Now they have the audacity to call themselves free men.
- Deprivation of liberty means any form of arrest or detention or placement of a person in a public or private detention facility from which he is restricted by order of a judicial, administrative or other public authority.
- The deprivation of liberty must take place in conditions and circumstances that ensure respect for the human rights of minors. Youth incarcerated in centers must be guaranteed to benefit from meaningful activities and programs designed to promote and maintain their health and self-esteem, foster their sense of responsibility, and nurture the attitudes and skills that will help them reach their potential to develop as members of society.
