Heya mate here is your answer:-

 { - 5}^{3} + 3 \times {5}^{2} = - 125 + 75 = - 50

Just substitute (-5) in place of n..

h(n) = n^3 + 3n^2

h(-5)= (-5)^3 + 3(-5)^2

= -125 + 75= -50

h(-5)= -50
