Solution of first question:

f(x)  =  -3x+5

Let f(x)  =  0

-3x+5 = 0

-3x  =  0-5

-3x  = -5

x  =  -5/-3

x  =  5/3

f(5/3)  =  -3*5/3+5

f(5/3)  =  -5+5

f(5/3)  =  0

Hence, f(5/3)  = 0  is the value of given polynomial.
