For eg: calculate the mass of 0.5 mole of O2 gas

molar mass of o2 gas

= 2×16g

=32g

w.k.t ,

no. of moles=given mass/molar mass

=»0.5 = mass of o2/32g

therefore , mass of o2=5/10×32g

=16g

so,the mass of O2 gas =16g
