How do you find the nth term of the sequence 12,23,34,45,...?

12×1-0=12

12×2-1=23

12×3-2=34

12×4-3=45

then in sequence:- 12×5-4=56

or it can be 12+11=23

23+11=34

34+11=45

45+11=56
