How do you graph the function y=−14x2+3 and identify the domain and range?

For identifying domain, find the values at which function is defined! That'll become the domain!

The values of 'y' for which x can be found is called Range!

And finally for graph, take some values of x, and substitute it in equation! You'll get respective y values for it! Mark the points in graph and join the points to get graph!
