how do you separate an aluminium tube stuck with asteel tube??

Answer:

Screw a piece of steel into the aluminum with a 1/2" threaded hole in the center. Heat the tubing till it is hot and spray some PB Blaster at the steel and aluminum joint. Screw a 1/2" bolt in the top of the tube and screw against the steel rod and hopefully it will budge it.
