How do you think the rights to constitutional remedies connect to the idea of judicial review?
Answers
Answer:
Advantages of a parliamentary system
One of the commonly attributed advantages to parliamentary systems is that it's faster and easier to pass legislation. This is because the executive branch is dependent upon the direct or indirect support of the legislative branch and often includes members of the legislature.

The Right to constitutional Remedies is very much linked to the idea of Judicial Review:
1. The Right to constitutional Remedies implies that every citizen has the right to move to the Supreme court or High court if his/her fundamental rights are encroached, the judicial review also repeats the same ideas as discussed in the Right to constitutional Remedies.
2. Judicial Review says that Judiciary has the power to declare any law as unconstitutional if it violates any provision of the constitution. Thus a close link exists between the two.
