Sometimes, what we see on the outside of people doesn't actually match their current inside mood or situation. A person may seem calm & composed and cool for outside, but we never know the odds. There might be some financial problem in his business or in his own household. Maybe, he doesn't have enough Ration to survive on. Maybe, due to lack of money, he or she might comprise for the things they want, so that they can buy food or other necessities.
Showing concern for the needs of other people is indeed a great act. We can go and informally ask them about their problems, so that they can be open-minded about that. Then, finally when we EXACTLY know what a person needs, and when he needs it. So, helping and lending a hand changes lives of many poor people.
