I compile a list of the issues I am dealing with and I put every issue on a separate page. Then make a list of the actions you must take to address your issue. If you can't think of any tasks, just write "be patient." Now start working on these projects.
- Now get to work on these tasks. You'll begin to make progress and realise there is a solution if one of your initial problems is partially resolved.
- While not all problems will be solved in this manner, breaking down your problems into manageable bits that can be separated and overcome is a terrific method to get through a challenge that seems overwhelming.
- This is what I recently did while I was juggling issues at work, a huge amount of (overwhelming) responsibilities for three boards I sat on, and personal duties. It performed flawlessly.
