given equation is y=3/2×-6

from the given equation the slope is 3/2

as the lines are // to slopes are equal

m= 3/2

(x1,y1)=(-6,2)

m(x-x1)= (y-y1)

3/2(x+6)=(y-2)

3x+18=2y-4

3x-2y+22=0 is the required line equation.
