Ummm.. A deaf will shout saying "What are u saying dear speak loudly ".
If a person speaks normally a deaf is not able to hear that .
A deaf cannot hear so he also speaks loudly . Thinking that the other are also deaf or may be a deaf speaks loudly to hear his or her own voice .
Blind has practice he or she check everything by touching and can walk there or go there where he or she wants.
As was helen keller she was blind but she used to touch hand on books and she was able to read and write .
So disability doesn't mean end of talent a disabled person can also do that which a normal person can do

Initially, It is very hard for them to cope with pressure on them. They behave frustrated and angry. Initially, they don't wanna talk to anyone. World is Black and Silent for them. But they learn over time. They use sign language, they use braille, they use tactile signs and speech reading etc.
