Frogs does pulmonary(respiration through lungs) and cutaneous(respiration through skin).
When frog is on land it breaths through lungs.When they are in underground and water they respire through skin that is, it releases Mucus from its mucus glands which makes its skin moist which help in concentration of oxygen.So they can breathe in water and on land
