Human beings are able to talk and do activities. We hear another’s voice and we have to respond by our voice that is known as voice management. We watch another person’s activities and we have to respond by our physical activities that is known as physical management. Rulers follows voice management. Beggars also follows voice management. But there is difference in both words beggar use different words or statement as what ruler use. Knowledge is required to speak words so their words are different. Servant or workers obeys instructors orders and do the physical work. Rulers, Beggars, workers, survives in this world. Torah { Religious book of jews } is exactly right without any error.
