No ,our body doesn't has ability to cure ,it will be only cured when we take remedies and precautions ,but never a man can cure himself from fever and common cold.

fever and common cold are just symptoms to other major diseases they can only be cured by taking precautions otherwise the body cannot heal itself from these
but we hear that in our blood there are wbc cell protecting us from disease
they just take the whole of that disease which they can but in case of viruses they make the host of our own cell in this case a wbc is helpless !
