1. Manure is natural substance obtained from animal wastes and decomposition of plant. Fertilizer is chemical substance which is rich in a certain nutrients.  

2. Manure can prepare in the fields and fertilizers are produced in the factories.

3. Manure is not very high in plant nutrients as phosphorus, nitrogen, potassium. But fertilizers are very high in plant nutrients as phosphorus, nitrogen, potassium.

4. Manure supply lots of humus to the land. Fertilizer does not supply any humus to the land.
