Lipase = digests fat into fatty acids and glycerine.

Hydrochloric acid = makes medium (in stomach) acidic. it kills germs and pathogen in stomach.

Digested food molecules are absorbed in the small intestine. This means that they pass through the wall of the small intestine and into our blood streame. Once there, the digested food molecules are carried around the body to where they are needed.

functions of some enzymes or Juice in the digestive system:

i) pepsin - it is the secretion of Gastric gland, which acted upon the protine ,in the stomach

and convert it into peptones and polypeptides( simplified proteins)

ii) Lipase - it is the enzyme which is secreted from the secretion of pancrease gland I. e., pancreatic Juice, it shows it's action in duodenum and acts upon Emulsified fats and convert it into fatty acid and glycerol.

iii) HCL - It is the secretion of the gastric gland , and shows it's action in stomach and Kills the bacteria and makes the medium acidic.
