Nitrogen compounds in air pollution are partly the cause of algal blooms, and can also contribute to water bodies becoming more acidic. When fossil fuels are burned, sulfur dioxide and nitrogen oxides are released into the atmosphere. Both of these air pollutants dissolve in water vapor to form acid.Mar

=>air pollution lead to water pollution.
=>some oxides dissolve in water vapour and become acids.
=>these are reached as acid rain, which change the water nature.
=>some solid particles reached the water surface, which are heavy in the air and caused water pollution.
=>industries wastes commonly effect both air and water.
