How does ampre-maxwell law explain the flow of current through a capacitor when it is charged by a battery?

Hey !!

When a capacitor is charged using a cell, current flows through the circuit except for that part of circuit which lies between the two plates of capacitor. As a result, there will not current found in the gap, but shows the presence of electric field inside the plates that lead to existence of magnetic field.

         Due to this magnetic field, there occurs inconsistency in Ampere's circuital law which shows concept of displacement current.

As per Ampere's Maxwell law, displacement current arises due to changing electric field which creates the magnetic field among the plates.
